David Berlin received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors in English, from Princeton University in 1986, and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1989. Following law school, he worked in the Bronx office of the Legal Aid Society's Criminal Defense Division for nearly a decade, representing indigent defendants in criminal cases. Since entering private practice, David has continued to represent people accused of crime but has expanded his practice to the civil arena. David also represents boxers and other individuals in the boxing world.
Mr. Berlin represents the families of students requiring special education services at Impartial Hearings, Suspension Hearings, CSE Reviews and Manifestation Reviews.
David is a member of the bars of New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
George Zelma and David Berlin serve clients throughout New York State, including New York City (Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island) all of Long Island, and all of Westchester County, Rockland County and Putnam County.
