This year's annual YAI Network’s 31st Annual International Conference "Decade of Decisions: Moving Forward in Developmental and Learning Disabilities," will take place at the New York Hilton from April 26-29, 2010.
The conference will focus on treatment, practices and new models that enhance the lives of people with developmental and learning disabilities and their families.
On Monday April 26, 2010, George Zelma and Sandy Rochelle Schachter will be presenting and discussing the documentary film “The Faces of Autism.”
The Faces of Autism is a documentary film shot both in the U.S. and abroad that follows the lives of children and adults on many varied functioning levels and their families on a daily basis.
The film is produced by Disability Rights and Special Education attorney and filmmaker George Zelma, and presented by Sandy Rochelle Schachter, parent advocate and filmmaker.
